We are so excited you are interested in booking with us! Because we embrace transparancy, we wanted to give you a quick heads-up:

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking for new client appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the balance payable on the day of service. Please notify your service provider DIRECTLY if you need to reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice to allow us the opportunity to fill your time slot. In the event of a late cancellation or a missed appointment, we reserve the right to impose an additional service charge of up to the total price of the missed service. We understand that unexpected surprises can occur, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
